chmod +rX ~/public_html -R
If you think you don't have any idea what's all above texts about,
so you must try to ask your neighborhood. It is natural to become an

If you have picture or photo you can put to your web directory on public_html/pics.
One more thing: you need to download flash plugin to see under construction animation
